| 摘 要： | 农民工是改革开放进程中成长起来的一支新型劳动大军,随着老一代农民工逐渐退出江湖,新生代农民工已经成为中国产业工人的主体。韩伟教授的《城镇化视角下的新生代农民工就业问题研究》,是为将来研究新生代农民工就业问题提供一个新的理论视角,对中国新生代农民工就业问题的解决具有重要的理论指导意义。
