| Abstract: | The Intellectual Property(Miscellaneous Amendments)Ordinance 2000 was passed into law and has come into effect on I April 2001 in Hong Kong.In this paper,we tried to introduce and analyze some detail of in tellectual property rights protection in academic library and education of Hong Kong,and wish to inspire the domestic education system some new thought and guidance to our legislation and practice of intellectual property,rights protection. |
