| 摘 要： | 校外实习是高职院校学生基于职业的、真实的、岗位的、参与工作过程的实践活动,对提高学生学习的有效性,全面发展学生的综合职业能力具有重要的意义。目前有些高职院校对学生校外实习的管理存在着疏漏,主要表现在疏忽对学生实习的管理以及忽视对校外学生的管理,使得学生校外实习的管理中存在诸多问题。要解决高职院校学生校外实习管理存在的系列问题,需做实"四化管理",即:深化实习管理机制、强化实习基地建设、优化实习导师结构、细化实习管理办法。
