| 摘 要： | 政府资助科技项目成果转化在当代社会呈现"放权让利"趋势,其法律调整机理符合"教育、科技、经济一体化"发展的内在规律。政府资助科技项目成果转化的法律调整体系除《科技进步法》有关规定以外,还涉及专利制度等其他众多法案的综合协调与配套改革。政府资助科技项目成果转化的法律调整需要确立合理的权利配置机制与必要的权力干预机制。
