摘    要:通过对186篇师范生实习叙事分析发现,师范生在教育实习期间体验最深刻、情感最震撼、内心最矛盾的事在于实习期间的首次教学、课堂纪律管理、组织学校文化活动、处理人际关系、问题学生教育等方面的问题。聆听实习叙事中学生的声音,使我们理解实习教师的专业发展困境,从而对教师教育课程的适合性、课程实施的效果等进行主动的批判和分析,提出对改进职前教师教育课程与教学的几点建议。

Abstract:Analyzing 186 narratives about educational practice by students of teachers college,we find that some events those students of teachers college experienced and felt deeply are the first teaching,keeping discipline in classroom,organizing cultural activities,dealing with the interpersonal relationships and educating problem students in the course of their educational practice.By listening to the sound of students of teachers college in their narratives,we can understand their troubles in professional development,criticize and analyze the actual effect of curriculum for teachers.Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions about improving curriculum for teachers.
