| 摘 要： | 随着对学生体质健康问题的重视,目前在全国小学开展了“一校一品”的特色体育教学模式。分析了小学的特色体育教育对于小学生的体质健康的影响关系,首先是改善了学生的体态健康,肥胖率下降,改善了小学生的心肺功能,并且“一校一品”的开展,使学生的特色体育项目上得到了显著提高,也改善了学生的综合体育能力,学生在测试相关项目的成绩都得到了不同程度的提高。

| Abstract: | With the emphasis on students'physical health,the characteristic sport teaching mode of“one school,one product”has been developed in primary schools all over the country.This paper analyzes the influence of characteristic sport in elementary school on student's physical health:first is to improve the students'physical health,decrease obesity rates,and enhance the cardiopulmonary function of students;meanwhile,under“one school,one product”,students’characteristic sport is promoted,their comprehensive sports ability has been improved,and the scores of the related items have been improved in different degrees. |
