| 摘 要： | 本研究运用文献法、调查法对山东省竞技武术套路专业运动员再就业服务存在的问题与对策进行了研究。主要问题在于,繁琐的运动队事务管理造成再就业服务工作不细致,缺乏就业形势、政策教育导致运动员再就业态度过于保守,缺乏可持续的退役保险制度等。建议与时俱进构建科学化的再就业服务政策体系,提高重视程度形成合理的再就业服务机制,结合武术项目特征强化再就业职业技能培训,转变观念引导运动员向健身及其他体育行业领域拓展就业,建立运动员创业基金鼓励运动员参与“大众创业,万众创新”,推行专业运动员退役生活保险制度等对策。

| Abstract: | This study uses the methods of literature and investigation to study the problems and countermeasures of reemployment service for competitive wushu routine professional athletes in Shandong province.The main problems are,the tedious management of sports team affairs leads to the lack of meticulous re employment service,the lack of employment situation and policy education,which leads to the conservative attitude of athletes in re employment,and the lack of sustainable retirement insurance system.It is suggested to keep pace with the times and build a scientific re employment service policy system,pay more attention to it and form a reasonable service mechanism for reemployment.Combined with the characteristics of wushu,it should strengthen vocational skills training for reemployment,change concepts,guide athletes to expand their employment in fitness and other sports industries,establish an athlete entrepreneurship fund,and encourage athletes to participate in"mass entrepreneurship,and carry out the retirement life insurance system of professional athletes. |
