| 摘 要： | 在对休闲概念再认识的基础上,归纳出儒家休闲哲学中"乐"的丰富思想内涵,指出儒家休闲哲学视野下构建体育休闲观的主要特征。"仁乐"中的"仁"是儒家的最高政治理念,而"乐"则要符合这一政治理念的要求。体育休闲应当紧紧围绕我国经济建设,科学发展和构建和谐社会这一最大的"仁"发挥积极作用。"道乐",即"中庸之乐"的思想为现代体育休闲提供了科学的思想方法。体育休闲应当坚持"乐而不流"、"乐而有度"的价值取向。"善乐"是有利于个人发展和社会进步的"乐"。体育休闲在"善与恶"、"美与丑"、"圣与俗"、"真与假"等价值体系中只有选择正价值,排除负价值,才能实现体育休闲的真正价值。"自乐"是儒家"乐"的最高层次,是一种超越自我的精神享受和主客体相融的审美体验。体育休闲中,人们应当抛弃各种私心杂念,排除各种烦恼,全身心地投入到休闲行为之中,达到人与运动融为一体的最佳状态,从而获得休闲,增进健康,完善自我。

| Abstract: | The paper,based on re-understanding on leisure concepts,concludes some idea meanings of "le" in Confucianism Leisure Philosophy" and indicates the main characters of constructing sports leisure ideas under the view of Confucianism Leisure Philosophy.The "Ren" of "Renle" is the most important political ideas and the "Le" just accords with the political ideas needs.Sports leisure should play an active role in the most important "Ren" that are of firmly serving China economic construction,science development and constructing harmonious society.The scientific thought of contemporary sports leisure can be derived from thoughts of Confucianism "Daole",that is "middlebrow happiness".Sports leisure should insist on the value of healthy happiness and moderate happiness."Shanle" is one of "Le" that is propitious to individual development and society progress.The real value of sports leisure can be actualized only by positive choice in the value system of kindness and evilness,beauty and ugliness,holiness and vulgarism,trueness and falseness."Zile" is the highest level of the Confucianism "Le" and is spirit enjoyment that is beyond selfness and aesthetic experience that is introjected by subject and object.In the course of sports leisure,people should discard all kinds of selfish ideas and personal considerations and get rid of all kinds of troubles.People should bring himself into leisure activities,and achieve the high-point that man and sports is fused,and then obtain leisure,health improvement and self-improving. |
