| 摘 要： | 针对一台HCZK1340数控钻铣床进行了升级改造。对机床导轨及丝杠的状况进行了检查，在此基础上进行了改造方案的设计，保留了原机床的主体，更换了数控系统。经分析，此次改造增强了系统各轴的稳定性，提高了主轴转速，且扩大了加工范围。

| Abstract: | To a HCZXI340 CNC Drilling and Milling Machine, the upgrading reform has been done. On the basis of examining the machine＇ s guide rail and screw, we design a reforming scheme, re- taining the original machine＇ s main part and replacing the CNC system. Through the analysis, the trans- formation has enhanced the stability of shafts, improved the speed of the principal axis, and expanded the scoDe of working. |
