辅酶Q10对大强度耐力训练大鼠血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:为探讨辅酶Q10对大强度耐力训练大鼠运动能力及疲劳恢复的影响,选用SD雄性健康大鼠32只,按完全随机原则分配到安静组、安静力竭组、运动力竭组和运动加药力竭组,每组各8只;建立大鼠大强度耐力跑台训练模型,检测大鼠血清Hb,Glu,Bla,LDH,CK和BUN等指标.结果表明:CoQ10能有效抑制运动训练后大鼠Hb含量下降;显著降低大强度耐力训练后大鼠血清LDH,CK等血清酶活性的升高和运动训练后BUN和Bla含量的升高.

Abstract:To explore the impact of Coenzyme Q10 on exercise capacity of rats of high-intensity endurance training and their resumption, 32 male healthy SD rats were selected and distributed at random into the quiet group, quiet exhaustive group, sports exhaustive group and sports plus drugs exhaustive group and the high-intensity treadmill endurance training model was established for them. After 8 weeks' experiment, serum Hb, Glu, Bla, LDH, CK and BUN were tested. As were showed by the results, CoQ10 can effectively inhibit the decrease of lib in rats after exercise training and significantly reduce the increase of serum enzyme activities of LDH, CK after high-intensity endurance training and the increase of BUN and Bla after exercise.
