| 摘 要： | 以提高我国农产品加工及贮藏工程硕士研究生人才培养质量为出发点，基于当前农产品加工及贮藏工程硕士生培养模式现状及存在的问题，从完善培养目标定位、加强实践性课程设置、建立导师指导小组制度、严格考核制度等方面提出改进建议，为建立适应我国国情和时代需求的硕士研究生人才培养模式提供参考。

| Abstract: | Taking the improvement of graduate cultivation quality of Chinese agricultural product processing and storage engineering as the starting point , based on the current status and existing problems of postgraduate talents cultivation ,the paper put forward some suggestions from the perfection of cultivation objectives defining , the en-hancement of practical course setting ,the establishment of tutor group system ,the implementation of strict evaluation institution,and so on,to offer a reference for the construction of innovative postgraduate talents cultivation mode to meet the Chinese conditions and time requirements . |
