微课程蕴含的教育理念探析

摘    要:教育与学习已超越了学校围墙走进了每一个人的日常工作与生活,成为个人、组织在剧烈变动的社会中适应变化的利器,而微课程允许成人有更多灵活的时间来根据自己的特点、兴趣、工作需要等来开展学习。本文旨在通过探究微课程产生的背景、蕴含的若干教育理论以及对成人教育的影响,以期提高对微课程在成人教育教学中重要性的认识。

Exploration on the Education Concepts Embodied in Mi-crolecture

Abstract:Education and learning, exclusively for schools in the past, has entered every person's daily work and life, becoming a useful tool for individuals and organizations to adapt to the drastic changes of society, while microlecture provides adults with more flexible time to learn in accordance with their own characteristics,interests and work demands. Through exploring the background in which microlecture emerges, several education theories embodied in it, as well as its influence on adult education, this paper aims to improve the understanding of the importance of microlecture in adult education and teaching.
