| 摘 要： | 当前在高职院校思想政治理论课教学过程中,教学效能的提升存在多个方面的问题,其中最主要的问题是师资队伍的建设无法紧跟实际教学情况。造成师资队伍力量薄弱的原因是多方面的,本文主要从高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中存在的主要问题入手,从师资队伍建设角度分析高职院校思想政治理论课效能提升的对策。

| Abstract: | At present,there are many problems in the teaching process of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,especially the improvement of teaching effectiveness.Among them,the main problem is that faculty construction cannot keep up with the actual teaching situation.Of course,there are many reasons for the weakness of faculty.Starting from the problems existing in the faculty construction for ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper mainly carries out a detailed analysis of countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theories in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of faculty construction. |
