酿酒工程专业特色课程《葡萄酒工艺学》教学体系的探索与实践

摘    要:《葡萄酒工艺学》是贵州大学酿酒工程专业的特色课程,深受学生欢迎。文章结合专业培养方案体系和学生的专业认识,开展了教学内容、方法、增设活动和要求等一系列的探索与实践,教学效果初显成效。研究目的在于拓宽酿酒工程专业学生的视野和就业面宽度,提高学生在贵州地区和国内酿酒行业的竞争力。

Abstract:Winemaking technology is a characteristic course in liquor engineering specialty of Guizhou University and is widely received by students.This study bases on the training program in liquor engineering specialty of Guizhou University and the recognition of students on viticulture and viniculture.A teaching reform has been performed including teaching contents,methods,increase of related activity and requirements,showing initial effectiveness.The aim is to broaden the eyesight and job-hunting choice of students in this specialty,and to raise the competiveness of students in liquor industry of Guizhou and China.
