自动化专业新工科卓越2.0背景下人才培养模式探析

摘    要:以教育部“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0以及国家一流本科专业“双万计划”为目标,哈尔滨工程大学通过借鉴国内外一流高校相关专业建设经验,从课程体系、教学模式、实践教学、师资队伍建设等方面进行了人才培养模式改革,按照新工科新要素整合,强化共识,增强辐射,通过科研融入、双创融入、协同育人,提高学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,最终形成新工科、工程教育认证背景下工科专业人才培养新模式,提高本科人才培养质量,并可借鉴应用于同类专业中。

Analysis on the Talent Cultivation Mode under the Background of New Engineering Excellence 2.0 for the Automation Specialty

Abstract:With the"Excellence and Top"plan 2.0 of the Ministry of Education and the national"Double First-rate Specialty Plan"for undergraduate specialties as the goal,Harbin Engineering University,by drawing on the experience of relevant specialty construction in domestic and foreign first-rate colleges and universities,conducts a reform on the mode of talent cultivation from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching mode,practice teaching,teaching team construction and so on.According to new engineering,we integrates the new elements,strengthen the consensus,enhance influence,and improve students'ability to solve complex engineering problems through the integration of scientific research,the integration of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,as well as collaborative education,in order to form a new mode of engineering talent cultivation under the background of new engineering and engineering education certification,thus improving the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation and providing reference for similar specialties.
