| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是以人为本、充分体现个人价值的社会,是道德高尚的社会。在这样的社会,人作为自由的主体,在推动社会发展的基础上不断完善发展自我,从而实现个人价值。“德性”是人的品质与品性,其功能在于对个人的行为进行规范与约束。在和谐社会中,人作为理性的存在者,在“德性”规范与制约下,人的个人价值与个人德性实现了有机的统一。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society is a society of noble ethics which emphasizes humanity and personal value where the individual,as the subject of freedom,consummates his own development on the basis of promoting social development in order to actualize his personal value."Ethics" refer to personal character which regulates personal behaviors.In the process of constructing a harmonious society,people as rational beings,realize the unification of personal value and ethics with the regulation of human ethics. |
