| 摘 要： | 为了探讨硬膜外腔注射地塞米松对吗啡镇痛引起术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的预防作用.选择子宫切除手术患者240例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组120例.手术结束前观察组一次性硬膜外腔注入吗啡2 mg 地塞米松10mg 0.9%生理盐水6 mL.对照组吗啡2 mg 0.9%生理盐水至6 mL.记录24 h内病人的镇痛效果和PONV的发生率.结果表明,术后24 h内PONV总发生率:观察组9.2%,对照组为42%.(P<0.01).可见,硬膜外腔注射地塞米松可有效抑制手术后吗啡镇痛引起的PONV.

| Abstract: | To evaluate the prevention role of epidural injection of dexamethasone against post-operative nausea and vomiting(PONV).Method:240 cases of hysterectomies were randomly divided into intervention group(n=120) and control group(n=120).In intervention group,patients received intraoperatively 2 mg of morphine plus 10 mg of dexamethasone in 6 ml of 0.9% saline by epidural injection.In control group,patients received intraoperatively 2 mg of morphine in 6 ml of 0.9% saline by epidural injection.Analgesic effect and the incidence of PONV in both groups were recorded within 24 h.Result:Total incident of PONV within 24 h: 9.2% in intervention group,42 % in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Epidural injection of dexamethasone effectively reduces the incident of PONV within 24 h after hysterectomy. |
