| 摘 要： | 教学质量是高校生存的基础,是教育竞争力的核心所在,也是把我校建成"国内有地位、国际有影响"的应用型大学的根本要求。加强教学教改研究有利于教师教学能力的提高、有利于学生素质教育的落实、有利于教学工作不断创新。通过开展教学教改研究,教师可及时汲取教学研究的新成果、教学改革的新经验以及学科建设的新成就,从而实现教学工作的创新,提升教学质量。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality is the lifeblood and the key to the educational competition of the colleges and universities.It is also the realistic need to build our school to be an application college which has position internal and influence external.Enhancing the research of the reform in education is beneficial to improving teaching capacity,the adoption of accomplishment education and bringing forth the new ideas to teaching.Through teaching and scientific research,teachers can learn the newest achievements,the new experience of the teaching reform and the new achievement of course construction,which can realize the teaching innovations and improve the teaching quality. |
