英特尔未来教育教师培训模式的再思考

摘    要:英特尔未来教育培训的核心是框架问题,教育理念的形成与教育观念的改变是英特尔未来教育培训的精髓。在培训过程中要求教师全程参与,并规定培训教师全程参与讨论的次数不少于三次,以及教师之间及培训教师与主讲教师之间的讨论通过Windows聊天程序Winchat来完成。

Abstract:The core of Intel Teach to the Future is the problem of frame. And its essence lies in the construction of educational notions and the changes of educational concepts. In the process of training, teachers are required to participate in the whole course and the discussion at least three times. The discussions between teachers and the ones between trainers and teachers are carried out through the chatting program of Windows.
