| Abstract: | In elementary and middle schools,teaching research group is an important kind of organization for teaching exploration and teachers' quality improvement.Construction of teaching research groups owns an important position in implementing the new curriculum and training teachers.By analyzing and sorting out excellent groups' experience,this paper summarizes basic strategies for building up outstanding teaching research groups. |
