| 摘 要： | 1999年,中央作出了高校扩招的重要决策,高校扩大办学规模,改善办学条件,引进优秀师资,实现跨越式发展,在国家财政投入不足的情况下,只有向银行借债。如何化解高校的负债问题,是高校健康发展的理论问题和实际问题。只有适当控制债务规模,采取校内挖潜,争取国家投入,引进民间资本,节省开支等形式,才是解决问题的出路。

| Abstract: | Central committee made the important decision of college expansion of enrollment in1999.Colleges expand it running scale,improve teaching conditions and introduce perfect teachers to realize striding development.Under the condition of insufficient input in education,colleges have to ask for a loan from banks.To solve the issue of college debt is the theoretical and practical problem for college sound development.The way out is as follows,to control debt scale;to bring college potentiality in full play;to strive for country input in education;to introduce non-governmental fund;to economize the use of expenses. |
