| 摘 要： | 将模拟法庭作为一门实验课程单独开设是我国法学人才培养的迫切要求。开设模拟法庭课程应当满足特定的条件,并注重教学目标的多元化。该课程包括明确教学目标、选择案例、分配角色、开庭准备、开庭审理、总结与点评以及卷宗归档等七个教学环节。
