| Abstract: | Commercial law has become an important branch of the laws in our country's economy and is playing an increasingly important role in our daily life. Its making, development and perfection is inseparable from China's traditional legal culture. With its dual impact on commercial law, China's traditional legal culture has its advancing and reference aspect and impeding aspect. Hence, we should analyse it dialectically and provide reference basis for the development and perfection of commercial law. |
