| 摘 要： | 到目前为止，我国高等教育管理学研究范式大致经历了学科体系范式、经验实效范式、化价值范式的三次转换，高等教育管理学研究范式转换过程反映高等教育管理学理论不断成熟的发展轨迹。未来高教管理学研究范式将走向个性范式，关注人在高教管理中这一个性解放的个体，为实现个性化管理实践提供理论支持。

| Abstract: | So far, the canonical form of research in higher education management in China has undergone three phases of transformation: canonical form of disciplinary system, canonical form of experience and practice, canonical form of cultural value. The transformation process indicates the progress of the higher education management theory. The future canonical form will develop into one of individuality or personality, giving priority to personal character of an individual in higher education management, and providing theoretical support for individualization management. |
