| 摘 要： | 以国家级示范性高等职业院校建设立项单位——天津电子信息职业技术学院为例,论述高等职业教育校园文化与企业文化对接的意义、内容和方式。高职院校坚持"产学合作、工学结合",为企业提供研发平台与人才支撑,同时将企业先进文化引入校园,探索深层次、全方位、多角度的校企文化对接途径。

| Abstract: | Taking a national demonstration project construction unit——the Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information as an example,discusses about the docking significance,content and methods of higher vocational education campus culture and the corporate culture.The higher vocational colleges adhere to ＂industry-university cooperation,engineering integration＂＂ supplying development and research platform and talents for the companies,and meanwhile introducing advanced corporate culture to campus,exploring profound,all-around and multi-angles docking methods of the industry-university culture. |
