摘    要:从提高学生的综合实验能力入手,结合食品微生物学实验教学中存在的问题和实验教学改革实践,从实验内容、实验设计、教学安排等方面提出了食品微生物学实验教学改革的思路和建议,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract:Focusing on developing the comprehensive capacity of students,and combining the problems in food microbiology experimental course and the reform practice of experimental teaching,the paper put forward some ideas and suggestions for the teaching reform of food microbiology experiment,from aspects of the experiment content,experimental design and teaching arrangements etc.,finally,good teaching result has been achieved.
