| Abstract: | Focusing on developing the comprehensive capacity of students,and combining the problems in food microbiology experimental course and the reform practice of experimental teaching,the paper put forward some ideas and suggestions for the teaching reform of food microbiology experiment,from aspects of the experiment content,experimental design and teaching arrangements etc.,finally,good teaching result has been achieved. |
