新时代应用型高校党建工作责任制研究

摘    要:高校党建是新时代党的建设伟大工程的重要组成部分,是推进全面从严治党向纵深发展的重要领域。按照新时代党的建设要求,紧扣应用型高校的特点,以目标和问题为导向,研究应用型高校党建工作责任制的主体内容及其运行机制,从而构建“全面从严治党视域下应用型高校党建工作责任制”,旨在创新高校党建工作,夯实应用型高校党建工作基础,提升基层组织力,以党建引领推动应用型高校内涵式建设,提高应用型人才培养质量。

Abstract:Party building in colleges and universities is an important part of the great project of Party building in the new era. It is also an important field for promoting the comprehensive and in-depth development of the strict governance of the CPC. In accordance with the requirements of Party building in the new era, the main content and operating mechanism of the responsibility system for Party building in applied colleges and universities were studied by closely following the characteristics of applied colleges and universities, and the study was guided by objectives and problems. Thus, a “responsibility system for Party building in applied colleges and universities from the perspective of strict Party governance in an all-round way” can be constructed, which is aimed at innovating the work of Party building in colleges and universities, consolidating the foundation of Party building in applied colleges and universities, improving the strength of grass-roots organizations, promoting the connotative construction of applied colleges and universities under the guidance of Party building, and improving the quality of cultivating applied talents.
