| 摘 要： | 从第三次科技革命到“工业4.0”,企业面临更复杂的机遇和挑战,员工知识创新已成为企业发展的核心问题。知识吸收能力很大程度上体现了员工对新知识的掌握能力。通过文献综述和理论研究方法,对近年来关于知识吸收能力的研究进行梳理和总结,提出创新氛围、知识吸收能力与创新绩效的关系假设。采用问卷调查法,在博世、博西、华为等技术型企业收集数据,运用SPSS软件对调查问卷数据进行分析,验证假设并得出结论创新氛围分别对知识吸收能力和创新绩效产生显著正向影响,知识吸收能力对创新绩效产生显著正向影响,知识吸收能力在创新氛围和创新绩效之间起部分中介作用。最后,从创新氛围、知识吸收能力与创新绩效三个角度对企业提出建议,为技术型企业提升员工知识学习水平、提高创新绩效与员工自身价值提供参考。

| Abstract: | From the third scientific and technological revolution to industrial 4.0, enterprises are facing more complex opportunities and challenges. Employee knowledge innovation has become the core issue of enterprise development. To a large extent, the ability to absorb knowledge reflects the ability of employees to master new knowledge. By means of literature review and theoretical research, this paper sorts out and summarizes the research on knowledge absorption capacity in recent years, and puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between innovation climate, knowledge absorption capacity and innovation performance. By using the method of questionnaire survey, the questionnaire data were collected in Bosch, Boxi, Huawei and other enterprises. SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaire data, verify the hypothesis and draw empirical conclusions. The research finds that innovation climate has a significant positive impact on knowledge absorption ability and innovation performance, and knowledge absorption ability has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and knowledge absorption ability plays a part of intermediary role between innovation climate and innovation performance. Finally, from the perspective of innovation climate, knowledge absorptive capacity and innovation performance, the paper puts forward suggestions for enterprises, which can provide some reference value for improving staff's knowledge learning level, improving innovation performance and reflecting their own value. |
