| 摘 要： | 健美操运动在大学校园里越来越受学生的喜爱，选修健美操公共课的学生也越来越多。针对高职院校学生健美操的底子薄、基础差的现象，根据多年的教学实践和理论研究，从选材、组织、教法等多个方面对高职院校健美操公共选修课的教学进行了探究，并提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Aerobics at the university has become increasingly popular by more and more students and more and more students choose aerobics as their public elective. In this article, the author put forward some suggestions to the teaching of aerobics according to the teaching experience and teaching theories from the textbook choosing, class organization and teaching methods based on the poor foundation of vocational college students. |
