| 摘 要： | 干部人事档案管理工作是高职院校工作的重要组成部分,对于提高高职院校档案管理及人事管理水平起着积极的推动作用。分析目前高职院校人事档案管理中存在的问题,指出要加快发展步伐,提升人事档案管理水平,充分发挥出人事档案应有的作用。
