| 摘 要： | 新唐山人文精神是对现代语境中的唐山精神内涵的准确概括、深刻感悟和全面展示。它是丰厚的历史积淀和鲜明时代精神的凝聚,生动地表现了唐山这座城市的历史含量与时代精神,准确地表达了唐山人民的客观行为和精神境界,既是唐山人民能力、魄力和韧力的显示,信念、道德、心性的张扬,也是民族精神在特殊语境中的集中凸显,人类的人文精神在特定时期的伟大展现。新唐山人文精神作为唐山精神在现阶段的显现,有着重要的历史意义和现实意义,因此,我们有必要站在新的历史视点上对此进行观照和审视,大力弘扬新唐山人文精神,认真践行社会主义核心价值体系,积极推进科学发展示范区的建设,大力提升城市竞争力和打造城市的品牌,同时大力提升市民的精神素质。

| Abstract: | New Tangshan Humanistic spirit is the accurate summarization, deep reflections and comprehensive manifestations of Tangshan spirit connotations in modern context, rich historical accumulation, revelation of Tangshan people＇s ability, courage, strength, belief, morale and disposition, powerful expression of national spirit and humanistic spirit in special contexts and peri- ods, which manifest distinctive spirit of the time and Tangshan＇s historical connotations and express Tangshan people＇s behaviors and mental outlook. Since New Tangshan humanistic spirit is of vital historical and practical significance, we must examine it from a new historical point of view, uphold it, promote the construction of scientific development demonstration area and advance Tangshan＇s competitiveness and Tangshan people＇s moral quality. |
