| 摘 要： | 随着通信技术的快速发展和通信新应用的广泛普及．高校通信类专业课程需要不断进行教学改革，建立科学的课程教学模式和实践模式，实施创新型人才培养。本文针对我校现代交换技术课程的教学实践过程．阐述了多元化课堂教学模式、多层次实践教学环节以及课程考核评定的具体措施，指出建设开放性教学资料、采用多样化课堂教学方法、培养学生的研究性学习能力和实践创新能力对专业课教学的重要性，对提升课程教学质量和培养创新型专业人才模式进行了有益探索。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of communication tech- nology and the wide spread of new communication applica- tions, university communication courses require ongoing educa- tion reform, so as to establish a scientific teaching mode and practice mode, and implement the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the teaching practice of modern switching technology in our university, this paper expounds specific mea- sures for diversified classroom teaching mode, multi-level practice teaching and curriculum evaluation, points out the im- portance of the construction of open teaching materials, the use of diversified teaching methods, the cuhivation of students＇ re- search learning ability and practical innovative ability for the teaching of professional courses, and makes useful explorations on the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of innovative professional talents. |
