| 摘 要： | 教师集体中的道德是我国教师职业道德体系的一个重要组成部分．也是我国教育伦理学研究的重要对象之一．．加强高校教师集体中的道德研究，并探索改进教师与教师之间人际关系的有效道德措施，对构建高校教师集体中和谐人际关系、促进高校师资队伍全面建设以及发展我国高等教育事业具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ collective morality is not only an indispensi- hie component of teachers＇ professional ethics system in our country, but also one of the essential research objects in our edu- cational ethics study. In order to build harmonious intel~personal relationships among university teachers, to advance comprehen- sive improvement of the teaching staff, and to promote the devel- opment of higher education, it is of great significance to strength- en teachers＇ collective morality in university, and to explore and enhance the effective moral measures amonz the teachers. |
