| 摘 要： | 清朝“字狱”是我国封建时代思想专制统治发展的鼎峰时期。乾隆朝末期发生的《一柱楼》诗案，使得当时与乾隆帝以“诗友”相称的沈德潜亦未能幸免，但沈德潜在“字”上的遭灾并非只是受到《一柱楼》诗案的牵连，而是由于他所选辑的《国朝诗别裁集》已不符合当时统治政策的变化，所以沈德潜身陷“网”也在情理之中，只不过《一柱楼》诗案加重了对他的惩罚。

| Abstract: | The period of literary inquisition in the Qing Dynasty was the heyday of development of feudal autocratic domination. The case of A Pillar of Buildings in the end of Emperor Qinglong's reign put Qianlong's poem partner, Shen Deqian, in prison. However, the misfortune Shen Deqian suffered from the literary was not just because he wrote A Pillar of Buildings, but because his works The Collection of National Poem Styles could not meet the need of the feudal rule. Therefore, it could be understandable that Shen Deqian was imprisoned at that time, but he was over punished for his poem A Pillar of Buildings. |
