| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的过程就是妥善处理各种矛盾的过程。正确处理人民内部矛盾,是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾,首要的是正确认识人民内部矛盾的性质、表现形式和特点。提出了落实科学发展观,又好又快发展经济,是正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的物质基础;提高党协调利益关系的能力,是正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的关键环节;充分发挥民主与法律的共同作用,是正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的重要措施。

| Abstract: | To build the harmonious socialist society is to resolve contradictions,among which the resolution of those of the people has been the prerequisite.The preliminary step in solving the inner contractions is the identification of essence,features and substantial representations of these contractions.The author proposes herein that the substantial basis for the resolution is the development of economy guided by the notion of scientific development;the improvement of the competence of CPC in coordinating benefits is the key step and the improvement of socialist democracy is a significant measure. |
