| 摘 要： | 网络课程资源和学习支持服务是远程教育系统的两大支柱子系统。对网络课程要素的认识和研究会直接影响网络课程的建设与应用。本文从网络课程的建设需求出发，对我国网络课程建设的现状、问题和趋势进行了分析，并对其特征和要素进行了分析，最后还针对我国网络课程建设存在的问题提出了建议。 |
