| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国高等教育发展迅速,但是也存在诸如高校毕业生就业日趋困难,高校招生与就业市场供求结构矛盾突出等问题。我国高等教育领域在招生和就业方面已经实现了以供求双方自由选择市场机制作为资源配置的主要方式,但并未实现配置效率的最优,存在市场失灵。而欲解决市场失灵,则政府相关部门采取相应宏观调控措施是必需的。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open policy,the China's higher education develops quickly but still have some problems as the more and more difficultly university graduates to get employed now.The author believed by analysis that the China's higher education already realized in the students recruitment and the graduates employment aspect has taken the resources disposition by the supply and demand both sides free choice market mechanism the fundamental mode,but realizes the disposition efficiency to be most superior by no means and has the market malfunction.The government should takes a series corresponding macroeconomic regulation and control measure if they want to solve this market malfunction,so author puts forward some policy proposals in this foundation. |
