| 摘 要： | 作为浙江省的海洋大市，台州海洋资源比较丰富，主要海洋产业发展初具规模，科技兴海成果显著，但同时存在不少问题，主要为：海洋经济生产效率低下，海洋产业结构有待优化，海洋科技实力不强，海洋科研教育相当薄弱。台州海洋经济发展需要海洋科技支撑，重点应发展海洋科技公共服务平台，培育壮大海洋技术创新主体，提升主要海洋产业科技实力。

| Abstract: | As a big ocean city in Zhejiang province,Taizhou has some advantage and disadvantage in its marine economy.The advantages mainly include the following aspects such as rich marine resources,scale marine industry and remarkable achievements of science and technology in enriching marine economy.Meanwhile,the disadvantages mainly includes low marine economic efficiency,not optimized marine industrial structure,not strong technology in marine economy,and weak scientific research and education in marine field.The development of marine economy in Taizhou should focus on the development of public service platform,fostering the innovation entities and enhancing the strength of science and technology of main marine industries. |
