| Abstract: | The paper analyses the training and competition results of Chinese and foreign trampoline athletes and proposes that the Chinese trampoline team should find out the rules and directions of the winning factors of preciseness,steadiness,height,beauty and difficulty in the training in order to maintain its excellence in the world. |
