| 摘 要： | 对高校体育教学管理体系在管理理念、管理模式、管理制度和管理方法等方面存在的问题进行了分析,论述了高校体育教学管理体系引入ISO9000的可行性和必要性,并借鉴ISO9000理论针对以上存在的问题提出了相应的优化措施:理念优化,构建"以顾客为中心"的管理理念;模式优化,建立"过程方法"的管理模式;制度优化,编写规范的体系文件;方法优化,采用以事实为决策依据的管理方法;持续优化,坚持PDCA循环改进。。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the problems of management concept,model,system and methods of the P.E.teaching management system of the ordinary universities and discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing ISO9000.The paper proposes to establish the customer oriented concept,establish the management model of process method,compile system files,adopt the managing method on the basis of facts and insist on improving PDCA. |
