| 摘 要： | 分析了我国普通高校高水平运动队发展中的阻碍因素,如高水平运动队建设条件的保障不够、生源匮乏、竞赛制度不完善、缺乏高水平教练员、学习和训练矛盾解决不当等,并在此基础上从筹集保障经费途径、优化配置教练员队伍、扩大生源面、完善竞赛机制等方面提出了解决对策。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed factors which hinder the development of high performance sports teams in common institutes of higher learning in China,such as insufficient assurance of conditions for high performance team construction,unclearly specified levels of student recruitment,unperfected competition systems,the lack of high performance coaches,inappropriate resolution of conflicts between studying and training etc.,and based on their analysis,worked out solutions in terms of assurance fund raising channels,optimized configuration of coach teams,student resource expansion,competition mechanism perfection etc. |
