| 摘 要： | 日本民族体育文化具有倚重艺道形式、揉入禅宗智慧、注重道德教化、强调礼仪程式等特征。我国民族传统体育应重视体育的精神层面构建,深挖体育的精神内涵,提升体育的文化品格;在具体操作上,既要挖掘中国古代的艺道精髓,又要借鉴日本艺道的运作经验。

| Abstract: | Japanese national sports culture are provided with such characteristics as relying heavily on art forms,blending in Dhyana wisdom,focusing on ethical education,emphasizing courtesy procedures,etc.As for traditional national sports in China,we should focus on its construction at the spiritual level,deeply dig up its spiritual connotations,boots its cultural characters;in terms of specific operation,we should not only dig up the essence of Chinese ancient art forms,but also refer to Japan’s experiences in operating art forms. |
