| 摘 要： | 今天我国的行政伦理还很不完善,反思中西行政文化差异,借鉴西方以"法治"为核心的行政文化,即"法律至上"、"法律制约权力"和"公民意识"的现代行政文化,对我国行政伦理建设具有极大的推动作用。行政道德的法制化、公民监督的提升在当下我国行政伦理建设不失为可行路径。

| Abstract: | China's current administration ethic is not perfect enough.Comparing the difference of the Chinese and Western administration culture,it is believed that the Western administration culture focused on "law ruling",or "law is the supreme","law constraints power" and "the sense of citizen",may contribute a lot to the development of China's administration culture.Legislating the administration moral and promoting citizen supervision is a feasible way. |
