| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机使电子信息产业成为重灾区.2009年东莞电子信息产业比2008年下降超过11%,加强东莞电子信息产业创新体系建设是突出重围、顺利实现转型升级的重要举措.东莞应建设服务和引导型的产业管理体制,建立健全产业创新平台,建设良好的融资环境、多元化的融资手段,构筑全方位的产业人才支撑,使东莞电子信息产业实现可持续发展. |
