| 摘 要： | 随着经济科技全球化,以国家陆疆、海疆、空疆三维一体构成的硬边疆为范围的国家利益受到挑战,利益边疆、政治边疆、文化边疆、经济边疆、信息边疆、战略边疆等边疆新概念纷纷出现。这些概念,都是以虚拟边疆和无形边疆的形式强调国家利益安全的重要性,实际上就是用边疆与安全的密切关系来表达全球化背景下国家硬边疆受到冲击致使国家利益受到安全威胁的担忧,可概称为软边疆。国家的政治、经济、文化、社会、信息、战略利益均构成软边疆的内涵,它的外延有时会因发达国家的国家利益延伸和发展中国家国家利益内缩而波动。软边疆概念以硬边疆概念为基础,都是国家利益的话语表达。
