| 摘 要： | 建设面向西南开放重要桥头堡是新形势下中央对云南在我国对外开放和区域合作战略中的功能定位;作为一个以一洋四区为区域指向的开放战略,深入推进区域合作是桥头堡建设的基本要求和主要任务。中国与西南周边国家和地区正在推进的各种层次的区域次区域合作,也为桥头堡建设提供了基础平台、重要支撑和强劲动力。因此,在区域合作框架下推进桥头堡建设,是建设面向西南开放桥头堡的重要路径。

| Abstract: | Building of Yunnan into a gateway in China's opening up to Southwest Asia is an important strategy of the Central Committee of CPC.With this open-door strategy of integrating four regions and one ocean,the promotion of regional cooperation is the basic requirement and task.The regional and sub-regional cooperation at different levels with the neighboring countries offers the platform and solid foundation for Yunnan to realize its goal. |
