高师院校实践教学改革的新模式

摘    要:基于对河南师范大学实践教学改革的探索,提出高等师范院校实践教学改革的新模式,即从实践教学课程体系改革及"反思型实践教学模式"的建立两方面展开,强化师范生的教师岗位意识和职业信念,全面提升师范生的教师专业发展潜质;理论与实践是高师院校实践教学的两翼,其实施的关键在于将二者有机地结合起来,并以"反思"为主线贯穿于其中。

Abstract:Based on the exploration of practical teaching reform in Henan Normal University,this paper proposes a new reform pattern of practical teaching reform in normal universities. The basic contents of the new pattern consist of practical teaching curriculum system reform and the establishment of reflective practical teaching model. The goal is to strengthen the sense of teacher's post for the students,and the professional conception,in order to promote the professional potential for the students. The key is the combination of the theory and the practice,which are the wings of practice teaching in normal universities,with the "meditation" as its theme.
