| 摘 要： | 阳光体育活动是关系国家和民族未来的大事。要积极探索适应青少年特点的体育教学与活动形式，指导学生开展有计划、有目的、有规律的体育锻炼，努力改善学生的身体形态和机能，提高运动能力。旅游与酒店管理专业根据专业性质，在开展过程中补充职业技能知识、形体、礼仪、姿态等训练内容。针对专业特点进行体育、美育知识训练，有助于开发学生潜在的能力与表现力，提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | should explore The sunlight sports is an important item which is related to the future of country and people. We positively the sports teaching and activities that adapt to the characteristics of young people,and teach students to carry out sports with plan, objective, and regularity to improves students＂ physique body function and improve their sports ability. In the process, the traveling and the hotel management specialty should supplement training contents concerning vocational skill knowledge, physique, etiquette, posture based on the specialty characteristics. Sports and esthetic knowledge training in view of the specialized characteristic, is helpful to the development of students＇ latent ability and the expressive force, and improvement of students＇ overall quality. |
