| Abstract: | The general conditions and terms of liability for tort differ from the specific ones.It is general,open,bottom line standardability,and value complementariness in character.In terms of function,it is the base for all rights of claim(when only general conditions and terms),adaptable to social development,and ensuring the succinctness of law as well as the self sufficiency of law in logic. |
