| 摘 要： | “能力本位”、“人格本位”和“素质本位”是三种不同的教育理念。基于岗位工种的“能力本位”只重视物而忽视人的内在精神的培养,基于道德概念的“人格本位”有失偏颇,基于人的职业变通力的“素质本位”应成为职业教育的出发点。

| Abstract: | The"ability standard", "personality standard" and "capability standard" are three different kinds of educational concepts, "ability standard" based on types of work only attachs importance to matters but ignores the development of the mind of human beings, "personality standard" based on ethics is partial,"capability standard" based on the job versatility of people is the aim of vacational education. |
